BCEF Receives Second Large Donation from Fritsch Estate

A second donation, worth more than $227,000, has been made to the Batesville Community Education Foundation (BCEF) via the Batesville Community School Corporation (BCSC), according to the stipulations set forth in the will of James E. Fritsch. Mr. Fritsch, who lived in Batesville, passed away in 2012 after working for 30 years as an engineer with General Electric.

BCEF is in the position now to make a lasting impact in the lives of more BCSC students. Our restricted funds have been steadily growing these past 12 months. We hope to also increase unrestricted gifts in 2017 so that more dollars can be granted to everyday programs in the schools as well.

Look for more information regarding our annual campaign to be announced soon.
