BCEF hosted its annual job fair at BHS again in the spring of 2024, connecting BHS students with some of the local businesses that sponsor our nonprofit school foundation which supports the Batesville Community School Corporation.
Before the job fair, we held a business roundtable, during which the participating businesses shared
with BCEF their workforce challenges and needs. BCEF leadership will take what was shared and hopefully create new programs at BHS to help meet their needs for workforce readiness.
After the job fair, many of our business sponsor volunteered to serve as mock interviewers, providing the entire sophomore class with the opportunity to practice their interviewing skills. We appreciate our sponsor volunteers!
