Our first Bulldog Connections day was held on May 2 at BHS.  As a service to the local businesses that sponsor BCEF through an annual donation, we started the day with a breakfast roundtable to discuss workforce needs and any skills gaps that our foundation could help close so BHS students graduate more prepared to meet employment expectations.

After the roundtable, we hosted an hour-long job fair for BHS students with these sponsors, giving them a chance to make some Bulldog connections, for either summer or future employment. The event was such a success, we plan to repeat it annually.
